Young Explorers is much more than a leisure group. We are an educational community combining nature, science, sport, adventure and teamwork, helping children and young people grow, learn and enjoy unforgettable experiences.

We learn by doing. We explore, investigate, challenge ourselves and share great adventures with friends.

Places are limited and will only remain available until each group reaches its maximum capacity for the 2026/2027 season.

🎒 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENROLMENT?

The official trousers are not included free of charge with new enrolments.

🛡️ SPORTS INSURANCE COVERAGE

As long as the Explorer remains officially enrolled and all fees are up to date, insurance coverage is provided for:

• Hiking.
• Climbing.
• Via ferrata.
• Caving.
• Mountain biking.
• Mountaineering.
• Canyoning.
• Camping.
• Trail running.
• Snow sports.
• Trekking and Nordic walking.

Certain activities such as kayaking, rafting, archery, snorkelling, slacklining and zip-lining are covered when carried out as part of an organised Young Explorers activity.

Coverage is valid throughout Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla.

💰 EDUCATIONAL INVESTMENT

€40 per month

This rate applies to new enrolments for the 2026/2027 season and to former Explorers who did not complete their renewal within the established renewal period and wish to rejoin.

The monthly fee includes:

✅ Regular Saturday activities.

✅ Materials and workshops.

✅ Badges and emblems.

✅ Sports insurance.

✅ Use of the Club headquarters and APP.

✅ Instructors and administrative staff.

✅ Discounts on Campamentos Explora.

✅ Opportunity to participate in special programmes.

Cluber processing fees are not included.

Club activities are included in the sports tax deduction programme and may provide savings of up to €100 on the Spanish income tax return, provided that the applicable legal and tax requirements are met.

📊 REAL COST OF THE PROGRAMME

The season includes approximately:

• 37 Saturdays of activities.
• 185 hours of regular activities.
• 2 major seasonal camps.
• 7 days of residential experiences with overnight stays.
• More than 350 hours of educational experiences.

The real cost is approximately €1 per hour.

This investment includes:

✅ Instructors.

✅ Materials.

✅ Insurance.

✅ Badges and awards.

✅ Use of Club facilities and the digital platform.

✅ Special activities.

Throughout the season, we also organise excursions, outings and residential trips. Where applicable, families will only be required to cover the direct costs of transport, admission fees or accommodation, with no additional charges for instructors or organisation.

We invest in experiences, not childcare hours.

🍂 Autumn Camp

❌ PERIODS WITHOUT REGULAR ACTIVITIES

🎄 Christmas

From 23 December 2026 to 6 January 2027.

There will be no regular meetings during this period.

On 28 December, our traditional board game competition will take place.

❄️ Semana Blanca – Winter School Break

From 22 to 28 February 2027.

There will be no regular Saturday activity.

Only the Winter Camp will take place during this period.

✝️ Easter / Holy Week

There will be no regular activities throughout Holy Week.

☀️ Summer

There will be no regular activities between the end of the season and the beginning of the following season, except for camps and special activities.

🌧️ WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

If weather conditions prevent the planned outdoor activity from taking place:

• The Explorer may remain at home.
• Or attend the Club headquarters, where alternative activities will be organised for families who need them.

📋 BASIC RULES

Respect

Respect for fellow Explorers, instructors and nature.

Punctuality

First meeting time: 09:00.

Second meeting time: 10:00.

Uniform

The official T-shirt, appropriate footwear and suitable equipment for each activity are compulsory.

Behaviour

Violence, bullying, discrimination or serious disrespect towards others will not be tolerated.

Technology

Mobile phones may not be used during activities unless authorised by an instructor.

Safety

All activities will be supervised and covered by the appropriate insurance policies.

🔄 WITHDRAWAL DURING THE SEASON

Enrolment means that the Explorer is assigned to one of our groups and occupies one of its available places.

If you wish to withdraw your child during the season, the Club must be notified at least 15 days in advance. This allows us to manage the vacancy correctly and, where appropriate, offer the place to another child.

✅ DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE

By completing the enrolment:

✅ I confirm that I have read and accepted the rules and privacy policy.

✅ I authorise the minor to participate during the 2026/2027 season.

✅ I agree to fulfil the agreed financial obligations.

✅ I agree to provide at least 15 days' notice of any withdrawal or relevant change.

⚠️ LIMITED PLACES

New enrolments are available only where vacancies exist within the corresponding age group.

Once a group reaches its maximum number of Explorers, enrolment will close and, where appropriate, a waiting list will be opened.

A place is only secured once the enrolment process has been fully completed.
